We oven-roast our real Chicago-style sausage, hand-sauté our fresh mushrooms, hand-sauté our fresh garlic, and slow-simmer our signature, homemade pizza sauce each day. Top-shelf ingredients like crushed Roma tomatoes, Asiago cheese, Muenster cheese, hand-cut vegetables, Marghertia pepperoni and more ensure that our pizza is the best we can make it. We use only 100% real cheese.

At ZPD, we use expensive ingredients, but don't charge more for our pizza, and we're generally less expensive by comparison than you might expect us to be even though our food and labor costs are considerably higher than other pizza shops. We depend on your regular ordering to help make our business model work, and we appreciate your support. Many customers have told us that we've got the best pizza they've tasted anywhere, including Italy and across the USA. One customer from New York says we're the only good pizza she's found outside the Big Apple; another says ours is the best pizza he's had anywhere in the world.
